In-Store Pickup
1. Overview Our in-store pickup service allows customers to order products online and collect them at our physical store. This service is designed to provide convenience and save time.
2. How It Works
- Placing an Order: Customers can browse our online store and select items for purchase. During checkout, choose "In-Store Pickup" as the delivery option.
- Notification: Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email or text notification confirming that your order is ready at the designated location.
- Pickup Location: Orders must be picked up at Mac's Cigar Store, 1625 Dundas St West, Toronto On M6K1V2 Canada.
3. Pickup Timing
- Orders can be picked up during regular store hours: Monday - Sunday 10AM-10PM.
- Orders will typically be ready for pickup within 3-5 Hours after the order is placed. You will be notified when your order is ready.
4. Identification
- Please bring 2 valid pieces of Government photo ID (Ex. Drivers License, Passport, PR Card, Health Card). Along with the order confirmation email or text for verification when picking up your items.
5. Changes and Cancellations

Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mac's Cigar Store. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing Time: All orders placed before 2 PM from Monday to Friday generally ship out the same day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are based on the shipping method you choose and your location. Our Shipping Partner is CANADA POST.
Shipping Options within Ontario:
- Expedited Shipping: Approx. 2 - 3 Business Days
- Priority Shipping: Approx. 2 - 3 Business Days
Shipping Options outside of Ontario:
- Expedited Shipping: Approx. 4 -10 Business Days
- Priority Shipping: Approx. 2 - 5 Business Days
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. The email will include a tracking number that allows you to monitor the status of your shipment.
4. International Shipping: We ship internationally to selected countries. Customs fees, taxes, and duties may apply, and are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the local postal service.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service for assistance. For Damaged Parcel, Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. Return Policy: For information on returns, please refer to our Return Policy available on our website.
7. Changes to This Policy: We may update our shipping policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review it periodically.
Return Policy
1. Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 5 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
2. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@macscigarstore.com Include your order number and the reason for your return. After approval, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send back your item(s).
3. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. If not received your refund after 14 business days, please contact us at info@macscigarstore.com.
4. Exchanges: We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item, email us at info@macscigarstore.com.
5. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
NOTE: Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
