Refund policy

 

1. Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 5 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

2. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@macscigarstore.com Include your order number and the reason for your return. After approval, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send back your item(s).

3. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. If not received your refund after 14 business days, please contact us at info@macscigarstore.com.

4. Exchanges: We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item, email us at info@macscigarstore.com.

5. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

NOTE: Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
